An Assisted Captive Unit is a hybrid model between a Captive Unit and operational outsourcing. While the parent company focuses on the core of the business, such as the IT projects or sales, the assisting agent provides all other remaining operational support services such as company setup, local administration and accounting, office space, HR, payroll, corporate compliance etc…

We are a group of European business people who started our first wholly owned IT outsourcing company in India 25 years ago. We have literally managed over thousand projects for over hundred and fifty clients worldwide, ranging in duration from two man months to over 100 man years.In doing so, we have gone through all the difficulties related to starting up a company in India from scratch, first hand. So, we know what holds you back in taking that plunge yourself. It is indeed still a challenge to come to the Subcontinent as a foreigner and do all of that without proper assistance.
